By weight and shape of each product, I use 13 kind of cushioning materials and pursue safety and weight reduction.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item has an initial defect (it does not work properly when it arrives), was damaged in transit, or is significantly not as described.

In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
