Refund & Return Policy
At Japan Treasures Camera, we specialize in vintage and pre-owned cameras and lenses.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
■ Return Eligibility (14 Days)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only in the following cases:
- The item has an initial defect (it does not work properly when it arrives)
- The item was damaged in transit
- The item is significantly not as described
In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us at support@japantreasurescamera.com before shipping the item back.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Misunderstanding of product details
- Buyer’s circumstances
- Vintage characteristics clearly stated in the description
All items are sold as vintage/pre-owned goods and may show signs of age or prior use.
■ Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Not altered, disassembled, or damaged after delivery
- Properly packed for return shipment
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
■ Customs, Duties & Buyer Responsibility
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any documents required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Failure to provide required customs information
- Refusal to pay duties or taxes
- Delivery refusal or non-collection
the return will be treated as buyer-caused, and any refund will be issued after deducting the actual shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs-related or carrier fees incurred.
■ Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been returned and inspected.
Please allow several business days after inspection for processing.
■ Final Notes
We value transparency and fair transactions.

返品・返金ポリシー（日本語）
■ 返品をお受けする場合（商品到着後14日以内）
次のいずれかに該当する場合のみ、商品到着後14日以内に返品をお受けいたします。
- 初期不良がある場合（到着時に正常に動作しない場合）
- 配送中に破損した場合
- 商品説明と著しく異なる場合
この場合の返送料は当社が負担いたします。返品の際は、発送前に必ずメール（support@japantreasurescamera.com）でご連絡ください。
お客様のご都合（イメージ違い・好みの違い・商品説明の誤解・購入者側の事情、商品説明に明記したビンテージ品特有の状態など）による返品はお受けしておりません。
■ 返品商品の状態
お受け取り時と同じ状態で、改造・分解・到着後の破損がなく、適切に梱包されていることが条件です。条件を満たさない場合は返金をお断りすることがあります。
■ 関税・お客様のご負担
関税・輸入税・VAT・通関に必要な書類はお客様のご負担です。通関情報の未提出、関税の支払い拒否、受取拒否・未受取により返送された場合はお客様都合の扱いとなり、実際にかかった送料・返送料・通関関連費用や配送業者の手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。
■ 返金方法と時期
返品商品の到着・検品後、ご購入時のお支払い方法に返金いたします。検品後、処理に数営業日かかる場合があります。
